Tumbleweed - born Aug 27 2010 - "special needs". Tumbleweed was born in a litter of five, at about three weeks she lost two siblings and shortly after Tumbleweed started developing some neurological issues. As the weeks passed it was obvious that there was something serious wrong. Tumbleweed shakes and has a hard time walking. At 8 weeks she was examined by the vet who was surprised that Tumbleweed had even made it to 8 weeks, he believes that there are some blood vessels that did not develop that are causing her problems. He also said she could possible improve or not or get worse. But Tumbleweed has touched at lot of people's heart because she does not know that she is handicapped!!! She uses the cat box, a regular cat box. She eats, her is where she gets a little help, she has her own bowl because she lays down to eat. And she gets around all by herself, she may not be the most graceful kitten but she does it by herself!! She loves laps! Tumbleweed earned her name because she tumbles! When people first meet her they ask why don't you put that poor kitten to sleep? Tumbleweed is in no pain and she deserves a chance that is why. It only takes a little while of knowing her and you get it! She will be going to see an animal chiropractor in the next few weeks to see if there might be something that they could do to help her. She will spend the next few months raising funds for Tanya's and with her foster family and then be revaluated again. If she has not gotten any worse than at that time she may be looking for a very special home to call her own. Her foster family knows that we do not know what the outcome will be for Tumbleweed but while she is with them she will be loved and taken care of!! Tumbleweed will be at some adoption events to help raise funds for herself and some of the other animals in Tanya's care.

They are also Felv tested. With every adoption you will also recieve  coupons from PETCO.
