He was found tied up to the back fence with a wire at the shelter. He was very scared and shutting down at the shelter so they called us. He is coming out of his shell and loves all the other dogs. He is a sweet heart that just needs love.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and are treated with advantix for fleas and ticks. They are also micro chipped(transfer of registration to your name is $20.00). With every adoption you will also receive  coupons from PETCO.
